“A man and his wife came by here blessed of God.” This couple possessed a vision for the Word of God.The Rev. & Mrs. I.H. Terry started the school in 1972 with a determination to train children within a Christian environment. The school has flourished and God continues to bless as BAA grows under the leadership of Bishop Leon Frost, Pastor Kevin Bradford & Principal Marlene Grogan. Bethel Apostolic Academy is an extension of the ministry of First Pentecostal Church, Bakersfield, California.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bethel Apostolic Academy a private school dedicated to educating students in a Christian environment grades K-12. K-8th grade curriculum: Abeka curriculum is unashamedly Christian and traditional in their approach to education. The A Beka Book approach to Christian education keeps learning lively, interesting, and memorable. Our graduation ceremonies are very personal and focused on each student’s achievements. Each graduating class puts together a program that portrays their special talents. (Singing, Sign Language, reciting poems through sign language) Awards are given for A & B honor roll students, Principal award, and Outstanding Student.
